Tendai is a Regional Manager at the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Africa network based in Johannesburg, focusing on advancing sustainability reporting by working with companies, capital markets and other stakeholders across Sub-Saharan Africa - with Mauritius, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, and South Africa as priority countries. With over a decade of experience in the space of sustainable development managing impact,' projects and creating tangible impact.

Tendai is passionate about the systemic importance of sustainability thinking in corporate strategy. Offering technical knowledge and experience in assisting businesses and other organizations to take responsibility for their impacts, by promoting the world, most widely used sustainability disclosure standards- the GRI Standards.

Tendai holds a Master of Philosophy degree in Social Policy and Development with distinction from the University of Johannesburg.
