About The Workshop

As global attention shifts towards sustainability, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues have become central to decision-making across sectors. Public service boards play a critical role in integrating ESG factors into the core of government operations, policy, and service delivery. The Sustainability & ESG in Public Service Boards workshop is designed to equip public service leaders, board members, and senior executives with the knowledge and practical skills needed to implement effective ESG strategies within government bodies and public sector organizations.

This four-day workshop will provide participants with a deep understanding of the sustainability and ESG frameworks, and how public service boards can drive positive change through responsible governance, ensuring the long-term sustainability of public services and the communities they serve.

Target Audience:

This workshop is designed for senior officials and leaders in the public sector who are involved in governance, strategy, and decision-making processes. It is ideal for:

  1. Board Members and Chairpersons of public institutions, parastatals, NGOs, and private organizations
  2. Senior and Middle-Level Managers responsible for strategy, operations, or oversight
  3. County and National Government Officers in leadership, planning, finance, or oversight roles
  4. Heads of Departments and Institutional Administrators
  5. Governance Professionals

The registration fee for this workshop is KES 65,000 per participant, which covers:
