Cyber Security, Records Management & Data Protection Masterclass
Programme Overview
According to the Communications Authority of Kenya, the country recorded over 860 million cyber threats in a single year, with financial services and government institutions among the most targeted sectors. Recent high-profile incidents, including breaches of critical government systems, have demonstrated the growing exposure of sensitive data to cyber risks.
Pension schemes hold highly sensitive and high-value member data, making them prime targets for cyberattacks. As a result, cybersecurity and data protection are no longer support functions—they are core governance responsibilities for trustees and scheme administrators.
This intensive 5-day masterclass equips participants with practical knowledge, tools, and frameworks to effectively manage cyber risks, ensure compliance with data protection regulations, and strengthen oversight over administrators and service providers.
